Day #8! We’re more than halfway done!

Without purpose, there’s no need to build healthy testosterone levels (yes women need testosterone too!) that help you feel motivated and inspired and ready to conquer the world.

We need to reconnect with our purpose and find out what really makes us tick? What makes you tick? What gets you excited?

Reconnecting with that thing that really makes us happy or gives us purpose sends a signal to our mitochondria and hormonal system to create the dopamine and testosterone to fulfill that desire.
