Day 12 What foods to avoid!

The main takeaway is to make sure all the produce you buy is organic and ideally coming froma local farm and eaten in season.

The most ideal situation actually is growing food that’s protected from acid rain, chemtrails and environmental pollutions in the air and the non NPK soil has been remineralized with rock dust, ocean minerals, compost and manuer.

But sometimes we have to buy our fruits and veggies from the local store.

Here’s the dirty dozen that you ABSOLUTELY must buy organic…

celery
peaches
strawberries
apples
domestic blueberries
nectarines
sweet bell peppers
spinach, kale and collard greens
cherries
potatoes
imported grapes
lettuce

Here’s the clean 15 which have little to no traces of pesticides…

onions
avocados
sweet corn
pineapples
mango
sweet peas
asparagus
kiwi fruit
cabbage
eggplant
cantaloupe
watermelon
grapefruit
sweet potatoes
sweet onions

Also avoid soy and soy related products. Soy is a massive endocrine disrupter.
