Day #7 – Exercise

Hey friends!

Today is Day #7, my friends! I hope you’re enjoying this health challenge!

Exercise is key to building a strong immune system. Did you know that you MUST exercise and move your body every single day?

What’s your current exercise plan? If you don’t have one, I implore you to write it down and stick to it.

Mine is on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday I lift weights grounded outside in the full-spectrum sun. I also walk the dogs and do my stretching routine on those days as well.

On the other 3 days, I focus on my cardiovascular exercise like surfing, hiking, or running. If I’m unable to do any of those things I have a treadmill in my garage that I use as a last resort.

My weight lifting workouts last about an hour and a half and on the other days I try to get at least 30 to 60 minutes of intense cardio training in.

I also rebound (jump up and down on a mini-trampoline) for 30 minutes per day grounded to the earth outside in full-spectrum sunlight without wearing sunglasses.

I encourage you to get outside and make an effort to exercise. I recommend doing something outdoors rather than going into a gym under toxic blue light and moldy air.
