You simply cannot burn the candle at both ends and expect abundant health.
The old saying, “I’ll sleep when I’m dead” is a misnomer and couldn’t be further from the truth.
To optimize sleep read a paper book before bed and wear blue-blocking glasses. Create a sleep sanctuary.
