Movement and manual stimulation.
Today is all about manual stimulation of your digestive tract. Sometimes we need to manually manipulate our bodies to improve certain functions.
Getting a massage of your stomach is very powerful as is rebounding and even applying direct heat that will penetrate a few inches below the skin to reduce inflammation and increase blood flow.
Taking a walk about 30 minutes after you eat along with rubbing your stomach in a clockwise way will help stimulate peristalsis in the digestive tract.
Instructions: Perform one of these actions today whether it’s taking a walk, applying heat, rebounding, or simply doing a manual massage of your stomach after you eat. Take a picture of that and use the hashtag #ExtremeHealthChallenge and show us what you’re doing!
