My personal tip is to use as much stevia as you can and then top it off with a “real” sweetener like honey or maple syrup so you don’t get a weird stevia aftertaste. For me that’ looks like 95% stevia and 5% maple sugar.
This way you get the flavor or real sweetness without too much sugar!
