Hey again!

Today is Day #2 my friend, how was Day #1 for you? Pretty easy right?

Okay so today is all about intermittent fasting or IF as some people call it. What is IF you say? Well it’s the idea of fasting every single day.

Here are some intervals people have suggested:

Eat for 3 days fast for 2
Eat 1 day and fast the next day
Eat for 5 days and fast for 2
Eat for 8 hours fast for 16

Personally I do the last one. It works best for my schedule. I like to eat around 6pm so that means I don’t eat or drink anything (only water) until 10am the next morning.

This works best for my schedule. I also fast every Sunday for the entire day saving my body from having to digest 156 meals every year.

But back to IF. What are the benefits?

Here are just some…

Better digestion (the reason why we’re doing this challenge)
Improved immune system
Better sleep
Improved elimination
Longevity
Blook sugar balance
Weight loss
More energy
Increased metabolism
Lower inflammation
Hormone balance
Cellular autophagy
Decrease appetite
