Hi again!

Today is Day #7, my friends. I hope you’re enjoying this health challenge!

Dairy alternatives.

Dairy these days is incredibly bad for your health. Cows are fed grains, corn, and even more disgusting things I’d rather not even mention! On top of that, they’re pumped full of hormones, and drinking their milk is very damaging to particularly our endocrine systems.

Some people say it’s rocket fuel for cancer.

Because most people are dealing with leaky gut and other digestive issues, it’s even advised to avoid organic, raw, grass-fed cow milk.

Even grass-fed cows are concentrating acids from the rain which also includes chemtrail poisons, heavy metals, and much more.

So what do we do?

We make our own milk of course!

These days you can make so many delicious dairy alternatives.

Here’s a list of some choices…

Hemp
Almond
Walnut
Pistachio
Pecan
Hazelnut
Brazil nut
Macadamia
Rice
Flax
Cashew
Coconut

If you’re still determined you can do raw, organic goat milk or better yet sheep milk which is becoming more and more popular.

Cow milk is incredibly damaging for your gut health and we advise you to find some alternatives that work best for you and your body.
