Day #3 – Healing Leaky Gut
The water trick is an ideal practice for you to start doing every morning when you wake up.
Essentially what this entails is drinking around 16oz of warm water right when you wake and then lean over a counter and let your gut hang down and suck it in and relax.
Do this repeatedly for 3-4 minutes. This is going to mechanically force that nice warm water through your digestive tract and encourage the lining of your intestines to regrow and repair leaky gut and other bowel issues.
Instructions: First thing upon waking, drink 16oz of warm water and perform this “water trick” exercise. Post a picture of it to your Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook account and tag us @extremehealthacademy with the hashtag #ExtremeHealthChallenge!
