A great way to get people to switch to a healthy diet is to make healthy foods that not only taste good but are gut-friendly as well.
People think plant-based is tasteless and boring, but you can have healthy, delicious, and savory food if you know how to make it.
In today’s video, Dr. Bergman shows how to make a really great “almost” raw savory dressing that can be used in a bunch of different ways.
You could use this on wraps, in dips for chips, on hamburgers and so much more.
Healthy food like this has enzymes, minerals, and probiotics in it that help repair your gut!
