Day #8 we’re more than halfway done!!

Walking and sitting.

We need to change how their done. Since we sit for 8 or more hours per day we need to make sure we’re doing it right and not injuring our nervous systems in the process.

Most people walk with an incorrect gait.

It’s critical we alter and fix the areas of our lives where we spend big blocks of time. Sleeping and working are both perfect examples of this.

We need to correct the way we walk and the way we sit.

Instructions: Get a towel or shirt and roll it up like in the video with Dr. Bergman. Then make sure you roll your head back at least 20 times every hour. Take a picture using the hashtag #ExtremeHealthChallenge to show us your new or old furniture!
