Today is Day #11. I hope you’re following along nicely and implementing all the challenges into your daily routine!
Today is all about how physical stimulation encourages neurostimulation and brain function.
It’s important to make sure to take care of your brain health. Alzheimer’s disease and dementia are on the rise in a big way.
There are simple strategies you can do every day to ensure the stimulation of our brain and nervous system.
One of those is rebounding (jumping up and down on a mini-trampoline) or getting a massage or using vibration therapy.
It’s time we start doing the deep work of taking care of ourselves.
Invest in you.
You’re worth it.
Instructions: Make an appointment to get a massage (if you don’t have much forward head carriage) or jump on a rebounder. If you can’t do that simply do some jumping jacks. Take a picture and use the hashtag #ExtremeHealthChallenge and show us what you got, also tag us @extremehealthacademy.
