Hi friends!

Okay today is Day #4 how are you holding up?

Coffee, soda and alcohol are the 3 substances people are addicted to like crazy and they put such a burden on the body.

What we want to do is reduce inflammation, lower stress and cortisol levels and basically get out of the way because our body always wants to heal.

Our body only heals to the extent that we get out of its way to allow it to do so.

Roughly 83% of Americans drink coffee every day.
48% of Americans have at least 1 soda per day.
52% of people above age 35 are considered regular drinkers in 1 study.

These substances are okay on occasion but don’t let them run your life.

Instructions: An Alternative for Soda, Coffee, and Alcohol- These are the big 3 that most people are addicted to and unfortunately even if you’re consuming organic versions of these products they’re still not very good for you on a regular basis. Find a healthier alternative that works for you such as kombucha for soda, maca for coffee, and organic wine (resveratrol) or alcoholic kombucha.
