Hello my fellow health warriors!

You made it my friend. 14 days of taking massive action to helping you get to higher levels of health and leaving sickness and disease in the dust.

Congrats to you! It takes real effort to change you life and you’ve started adopting some great habits these last 14 days!

Today is about detoxification. We are exposed daily to thousands of chemicals in our environment. They lurk in our food, water, air and inside our homes, in our cars and everywhere else.

The human body was never designed to have to deal with this much toxic load.

If we truly want to take our health to the highest levels possible we must come up with a practical plan to regularly removed them from our tissues and organs.

How can this be done?

Instructions: Detox Your Body – Now that you’ve completely eliminated all your stress it’s time to detox your body from any toxins your might have been exposed to in the past. The best and the fastest ways are: drinking proper amounts of water, juicing vegetables, exercising regularly, and infrared saunas.
