Day #12 – Dissolving Your Emotional Stress

Hello friends!

How are you holding up for Day #12? We’re almost done, friends. I realized yesterday’s challenge of getting off medications was small but massive if you’re able to do it.

Today’s challenge is similarly hard and it has to do with emotions.

Did you know that many diseases have to do with unresolved emotions that get trapped in your body? Sickness, disease, and health ultimately are an invisible process of things that are going on that we cannot measure using science.

Are you currently holding a grudge? Are you angry at a lover, a parent, family member, or friend? How do you feel when you think about what they did to you?

You feel tight, restricted, and filled with anger towards them, right? We’ve all been there. Today’s challenge has to do with first understanding that there is a direct relationship between illness and unresolved emotional issues.

Instructions: Dissolve your emotional Stress – It’s time to finally get rid of your emotional baggage. This is easier said than done, but there are powerful techniques available to help you through this process. The goal should be to completely dissolve an emotional charge to the point you no longer have any feelings but Love and Gratitude. There are several techniques you can utilize to achieve this such as Prayer, Meditation, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), and the Demartini Breakthrough Method. That last one is my favorite and it’s where the term Dissolving emotions came from.
