First add the time and update the video count here:

Open up Vimeo and click on the video:

Under General, make sure to add it to the Mastermind Q&A “Album”

Then scroll to a particular part in the video where Dr. Bergman looks good, excited or demonstrative and take a “screen shot” of this video for the thumbnail like so:

First I click on the video to enlarge it and take a high res thumbnail for Vimeo and then I size it down to 500 to make the smaller thumbnail that goes into the Academy.
Once I create the larger Vimeo thumbnail I upload it here:

then click Save.
Next and while you’re on this page copy the embed code and store it in a text file for later like so:

Once you’ve added it to the correct Album, copied the embed code, uploaded a screenshot thumbnail and clicked save….you can now close this tab.
Then take that screenshot and open it up in Canva or Photoshop and adjust the size to 500 wide and by default it should make it about 280 pixels wide. This is the best size for the thumbnails that go into the Academy.

Once you’ve added it to the correct Album in vimeo you should see it on the main page:
