Day #14 – Plant Based!

Hey guys!

You made it to day 14!!

Today is the final day of the challenge. You made it!! Woohoo!

Plant-based!

I want you to commit to 30 days of being plant-based. Does this mean you can eat no animal foods? That depends on your ethics and morals. I (Justin) personally consume animal foods (like colostrum, honey, etc) but not very often.

I’m going to commit to this for 30 days are you in? It’s clear that to be truly healthy the majority of our diet should be plant-based.

If you consume meat, consume it no more than once per week or even better once per month.

Whatever your ethics and sentiments are regarding meat, let’s try to lower it for the next 30 days. For some of you that might mean eating zero meat. For others, it might mean limiting it to once this month or once per week.

For you vegetarians out there it might mean not eating any meat but still allowing yourself some animal products where the animals aren’t killed in the making of it, like eating honey for example.
