All of our health challenges start on the 1st of every month (Aug 2018 is the only exception to that). Typically they last anywhere from 7 to 14 days.

We give away prizes each month! The challenges are free for all to join but ONLY Academy members can win prizes!! Woohoo! You’re only eligible to win the prizes if you are a current active member (if you’re reading this then you are!!!) of the Extreme Health Academy AND you’ve registered for the challenge. You must register for each challenge each month (the software we use requires it).

Note: The more you share the challenge on social media, the more points you’ll earn which dramatically increases your chances of winning the prizes. So make sure to share every day and as often as you can!
