Make sure order is correct for videos in album
Sometimes you’ll need to add a 1 or 2 to the beginning of each title for video or simply drag and drop them when viewing the album itself in Vimeo.

Time To Add The Course To The Site
################
Go to the Courses page:
https://www.extremehealthacademy.com/courses-new/
Click into any course you want to “copy” like this:
https://www.extremehealthacademy.com/courses/course-building-invincible-immunity/
Click on Edit Course into a new Tab:
http://prntscr.com/mkcqnh
Then click “Add new” and open in new tab:
http://prntscr.com/mkcqv2
Then go back to the previous course you were “editing” and copy all the content from the main area and then paste it into the new course you’re adding: http://prntscr.com/mkcre7
Then give the new course a title like so: http://prntscr.com/mkcrqp
Save the URL as you’ll need it for later:
http://prntscr.com/mkdyq5
Go to Vimeo and grab the 10 digit video number (for the “Introduction” video) http://prntscr.com/mkcsyh and add it to this page as well as update the course length:
http://prntscr.com/mkct6p
WARNING: At this point make sure you’re putting the correct information into the NEW course page you’re creating rather than the course you’re “editing”. It’s an easy mistake to make.
Add the embed code from Vimeo here:
http://prntscr.com/mkcvom
I will give you the text for this area:
http://prntscr.com/mkcx52
Make sure it’s set to Course page and active:
http://prntscr.com/mkcxig
Uncheck this box for all course pages:
http://prntscr.com/mkcxnd
Make sure there’s no Parent and the order is 0
http://prntscr.com/mkcxxa
Once done click Publish
http://prntscr.com/mkd2tp
Then move on to creating the next pages, subpages and/or categories…
Since I’m no longer using it, I then close out the tab for the page of the previous course I copied from so I don’t get confused: http://prntscr.com/mkd33h
FYI: Some courses will have sections or “categories” like so:
http://prntscr.com/mkd3ob and some will not.
Since this course I’m adding “Liver Rescue” has categories, I copied a previous course that also has categories in order to more easily copy what I did before.
Now I’ll go to the first page in the course
http://prntscr.com/mkd44p
and then click on Edit like so:
http://prntscr.com/mkd4cj
Since this course has categories (they’re called Modules/Groups) I have to create a course for each category. Seems confusing I know!
FYI: For each new Page of a course, you’ll be clicking Add New like you’re adding a new course. Basically you’re adding a bunch of courses and grouping them together into 1 course.
http://prntscr.com/mkd4rz
Give the category a title:
http://prntscr.com/mkd6hf
Add the Parent and order number:
http://prntscr.com/mkd6to
FYI: A category has it’s own number so the category will be (in this case) #1 and then the first actual course page will be #2 even though it’s the first page in the course.
Then make sure you set it to Module/Group:
http://prntscr.com/mkd78k
Then uncheck this box for all pages and categories:
http://prntscr.com/mkd7dk
When you’re done hit Publish:
http://prntscr.com/mkd7iq
Then click Add new to add a new course page.
At this point you’ll need to go to the forums and create a new thread so people can discuss this particular course in the forums.
For that here’s what we need to do…
Go to MaxButtons open in new tab
http://prntscr.com/mkdv5d
Copy an existing button
http://prntscr.com/mkdvgs
Give it a name and URL as you can see here:
http://prntscr.com/mkdvzx
To get the URL…
Click on Community:
http://prntscr.com/mkdwf9
Click on your name and then Admin CP
http://prntscr.com/mkdwp2
Then go to the Forums section:
http://prntscr.com/mkdxfu
Copy the forum closest to the top:
http://prntscr.com/mkdxsf
On the right click the drop down and click copy:
http://prntscr.com/mkdy30
When you edit this new forum thread all you have to do is change the title and the link (and rename the link text to the new course name as well) and nothing else. All the other settings will remain the same:
http://prntscr.com/mkdzi4
Then click save at the bottom:
http://prntscr.com/mkdzyw
Next you’ll have to drag the course you just created from the bottom to the top:
http://prntscr.com/mke0at
Now you can see the course at the top after you drag and drop it:
http://prntscr.com/mke0rr
Now you’re done and can close this tab!
If you go back to the forums you can now see the new course forum thread:
http://prntscr.com/mke118
Copy the link address for this new forum thread:
http://prntscr.com/mke1b9
You’re done and can close this forum tab!
Go back to your MaxButtons and paste that URL here:
http://prntscr.com/mke1mw
Scroll down and click save:
http://prntscr.com/mke1w5
Now remember the ID number of the button you just created:
http://prntscr.com/mke29y
Close this tab!
Now back to creating the course pages…
Copy the button code from a previous course into a txt file as you’ll need it for each new page/course you create: http://prntscr.com/mke2s4
Replace the old ID number with the new one you just created in MaxButtons: http://prntscr.com/mke35h
Paste it into the new content area for EVERY page/course in this new course except for the category (aka Groups/Modules) pages. Those are just containers to allow for child pages.
Add it to the correct parent:
http://prntscr.com/mke4b6
Add the right number to it:
http://prntscr.com/mke4vc
NOTE: Categories are included in the numbering system. So in this example, the “Category” I just created had the number 0 so this first Introduction video will be 1. If you don’t get the numbering correct, everything will be out of order.
Go to the video in Vimeo and click on the Share button:
http://prntscr.com/mke75c
Then copy the embed code for the video:
http://prntscr.com/mke7ga
Paste it here:
http://prntscr.com/mke7wl
Just make sure there’s no extra code at the end of the embed code.
Scroll down…
Uncheck “Allow Comments” under Discussion
Then hit Publish: http://prntscr.com/mke8d2
Then view this page in a new tab and check to make sure it looks okay and that the link for the orange button opens up into a new tab to the correct forum post you just created.
http://prntscr.com/mkrlfj
The main thing to look out for when adding new pages is…
1. Creating a Title (usually you can copy/paste these from Vimeo)
2. Adding the button code
3. Under Page Attributes (on the right) making sure it’s in the right category and it’s numbered correctly
4. Under Course/Lesson Detail, making sure the correct drop down is selected
5. Making sure the Vimeo embed code is pasted correctly.
6. Unchecking the “Allow comments” tick box under Discussion near the bottom of the page.
Then continue adding new pages and categories by clicking the Add New button:
http://prntscr.com/mkrme5
QUICK TIP: When you have to create a new “Category/Module/Group” the parent for this category has to be the actual course itself like so: http://prntscr.com/mks1qn. Then the subsequent “child” pages will have the category you just created be “its” parent like so: http://prntscr.com/mks33k
